• When booking the chalet for 7 to 10 people 4 bedrooms will be available.
• When booking the chalet for 11 to 15 people all 5 bedrooms will be available.

• A damage deposit of 400 EUR / 800 BGN is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, on check out, after an inspection with no damages and smoking detected in the villa.
