1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the reservations and accommodation services provided by Elpida Beach Hotel, managed by YVONNE HOTELS EOOD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a reservation through our website www.yvonne.bg, you (“guest”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations and Contract

A reservation request is made when you complete our online booking form or booking process.
A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and, if required, payment or deposit is received.
Reservation terms such as cancellation, prepayment, or refund depend on the selected rate or special promotion and will be clearly displayed during booking.
Guests must provide accurate personal details. We reserve the right to cancel any booking with incorrect or fraudulent information.

3. Prices, Payment, and Currency

All rates are shown in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include applicable VAT and local taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, cash, or bank transfer.
Payment or deposit requirements vary according to the chosen rate or special promotion.
Currency conversions displayed online are indicative; the confirmed rate at payment time is final.

4. Cancellation, Changes, and No-Show

Cancellation and modification terms vary by rate plan or promotion. Details are displayed during booking and on your confirmation.
In case of no-show, the amount specified under your rate policy may be charged.
Early departure may not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

5. Check-in / Check-out

Check-out: until 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an additional charge.
A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in.

6. Guest Rules and Hotel Policy

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside rooms or indoor premises is not allowed.
Pets are allowed under the following conditions: maximum 10 kg, €15 per day.
Children’s conditions, extra beds, and baby cots depend on the selected rate, room, or promotion.
Guests must behave respectfully and comply with hotel rules. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests causing disturbance or damage.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions). In such cases, we will try to offer rebooking or refund options where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure accuracy of information and quality of services but are not liable for temporary service interruptions or external events beyond our control.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for your reservation.

9. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, available below and on our website. By booking, you consent to such processing.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute shall be settled by the competent Bulgarian courts.
