2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND PRICES

Prices: All prices are announced in EURO (EUR) and include VAT, tourist tax, and insurance.
Recurring Services: The hotel does not offer subscription services with automatic periodic billing unless explicitly stated in a specific stay package.

3. ONLINE PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Deadlines: Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate (Flexible or Non-refundable) and are clearly indicated during the booking process.
No-show: In case of a no-show without prior notice, the reservation amount will be retained as a penalty according to the terms of the selected rate.
Refund Method: In the event of a valid cancellation, the amount will be refunded within 14 business days.
Mandatory Condition: All refunds for payments made by bank card are carried out solely through a reverse operation to the same card used for the original transaction.

6. GENERAL STAY RULES

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in after 15:00 | Check-out until 11:00.
Documents: A valid ID is required upon check-in.
Pets: Pets up to 10 kg are allowed for a fee of 15 EUR per day.
Smoking: Prohibited in all indoor areas.
Liability: Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damaged or missing hotel property.

7. FORCE MAJEURE AND APPLICABLE LAW

IVON HOTELS EOOD is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.). All disputes shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
