Rights and Obligations of the Consumer and the Service Provider
1.1 The hotelier is obliged to provide standard services for the "three-star" category, paid by the Consumer.
1.2 The hotelier has the right to cancel the accepted reservation without bearing any responsibility if the Consumer fails to make full payment within the established deadlines.
1.3 The Consumer is obliged to pay for the made reservation within the established deadlines and to comply with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the hotel's internal rules.
1.4 The hotelier is not responsible to the Consumer in case of force majeure events, such as illnesses, epidemics, natural disasters, strikes, military actions both in Bulgaria and abroad, threatening people's safety or limiting their ability to travel, government decisions, interruption of water or electricity supply, and other services from external suppliers that the hotel has no control over, as well as for any other unforeseen or irresistible event of an extraordinary nature, occurring after the reservation has been made, which cannot be avoided by the hotelier and his contractors through diligent fulfillment of their obligations.
1.5 The hotelier is only responsible for events that occur on the hotel's premises and does not assume any responsibility for food and beverages consumed outside the designated hotel areas or actions performed outside the hotel, different from those usual for the hotel premises.
1.6 The hotelier does not bear any responsibility for claims made by the Consumer that are not communicated during the stay or are not confirmed by the medical team serving the hotel or are unproven in a clear and categorical way to have arisen directly from the negligent actions or inactions of the hotel staff.
1.7 The hotelier may seek responsibility from the Consumer in case of an event that could harm the personal dignity of the hotel staff, the reputation, or the property of the hotel.
1.8 The hotelier is not responsible and does not owe any compensation or penalties if, due to hooligan behavior by the Consumer or violation of the internal rules of the hotel, the execution of services is refused or the Consumer has to be removed entirely from the hotel premises, with documentation provided by on-site staff or other tourists.
1.9 The hotelier is not responsible for damages caused to the Consumer during their stay due to criminal acts by third parties, including theft of belongings or luggage. In such cases, the hotelier will assist the Consumer in completing the formalities for reporting the criminal act, to the extent that it does not disturb the usual vacation for other hotel guests.
1.10 The hotelier is not responsible and does not compensate the Consumer if they choose not to use certain services, or for any reason they deviate from, miss, or are late for the scheduled services, thus not receiving certain services.

Methods of Payment and Reservation Confirmation
Reservations for rooms can be made as follows: via the "Reserve" button on the Hotel IDA website. You will be redirected to the online reservation form, where you must fill in details such as period, number of nights, number of rooms, number of adults, children under 11 years old, and infants under 1 year. After filling out the information, available reservation options will be displayed, including room types, offers, and their corresponding prices. After selecting the desired offer, you must enter your personal details to complete the reservation: first name, last name, email address, credit card number, card expiration date, name on the card, and Card Security Code (CVV2 / CVC). Please review the details of your reservation shown on the right, read the terms and conditions, and if you agree with the offer's terms, check the "I accept the terms" box and click "Confirm & Reserve." Your reservation will be made, and you will receive a confirmation email at the specified address.

Deadlines, Cancellation, and Modification of Reservations
Cancellations of confirmed reservations for the winter season 2024-2025 can be made without penalty up to 14 calendar days before the check-in date.
In the case of changes, cancellations, no-shows, or early departures for already paid online reservations by the client, IDA-TOURS Ltd. retains the corresponding penalty according to the terms of the reserved price offer.
In the event of force majeure circumstances requiring the cancellation or modification of the reservation, the relevant documents and evidence must be provided. In such cases, the refund of the paid amounts will be at the discretion of Hotel IDA. Bansko.
Refunds will be processed via a transaction to the card used for the reservation payment within 30 days of the cancellation date.
