BOOKING CONDITIONS

1.1. You can make a reservation for IMPULSE HOTEL & SPA in one of the following ways:

welcome to the hotel.

1.2. Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm availability.

1.3. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of the meals and the amount due.

1.4. An on-line payment of 50 (fifty) % of the total reservation amount is required as a required security deposit. The balance of the total amount of your reservation is payable on the day of check-in. If you wish to cancel a booking on which a guarantee deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties described below in the cancellation policy will apply.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

2.1. Cancellation of your reservation can be made in one of the following ways:

2.2. In case of change or cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, the client is not liable to a penalty, except in the case of a reservation made under special holiday packages, in which the terms for reservations and cancellations are further described.

2.3. In the event of cancellation 7 (seven) days or less prior to arrival, you will be liable for a penalty of the amount paid as deposit.

2.4. In case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be considered cancelled.

2.5. IMPULS HOTEL & SPA reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the hotel's control.

In these cases, the hotelier:

Offers the client accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.
Refund the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without penalty to the same.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

Check in every day after 14:00
Release of rooms until 12:00

3.2. In the event of late check-out, the first overdue hour shall be subject to a charge of 10 (ten) % of the value of the accommodation, the second overdue hour to 50 (fifty) % and the third hour or more to 100 (one hundred) %. Reservations are held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.

3.3. Pets are not allowed.

3.4. Guests check in at the hotel by presenting identification documents. The data you provide is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. Please refer to the POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF CABI GROUP LTD CLIENTS (under the heading "Privacy Policy").

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1 IMPULSE HOTEL & SPA undertakes to provide the client with the services requested and paid for in full.

5.2 IMPULSE HOTEL & SPA undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases when it is economically justified.

5.3 IMPULSE HOTEL & SPA is not liable for damages caused by actions of third parties.

5.4. Any complaints related to the quality of the services paid for must be made by the customer on site at the hotel to remedy the deficiencies. The claim must be made in writing. In the event that the claims are not satisfied, the customer shall request a report from the responsible person. Within 3 (three) working days after the report has been drawn up, the customer will receive the official statement from the hotel management.

5.5. Amounts for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the customer's fault will not be refunded.

5.6. All prices, announced on the website of IMPULSE HOTEL & SPA, as well as in the e-mail messages of the hotel, sent to the client, are in Bulgarian lev including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need further information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.

5.7. The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, stored outside the personal safe in the rooms, restaurants or spa, or for damage caused by third parties.

5.9. The client accepts the responsibility to observe the generally accepted norms of good conduct during his/her stay at the hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.

5.10. No smoking is allowed in the rooms of IMPULSE HOTEL & SPA, according to the national legislation. Therefore, in case of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to charge, without prior notice, a fee of 150.00 BGN.

5.11. Clients using the services of IMPULSE HOTEL & SPA should be adults according to Bulgarian law /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the territory of IMPULSE HOTEL & SPA

5.12 IMPULSE HOTEL & SPA reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Whilst every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.13. When a customer makes a reservation, he/she is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings accepted by telephone, email or through our website are considered to be a contractual relationship in progress. Payment made is deemed to be acceptance of the Hotel Terms and Conditions.

5.14. For all disputes and legal issues not covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the website https://complex-impuls.com/ , the mandatory legal provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
