Sunrise Beach Front Villa is located on the sea shore of the coast of the Gulf of Thessaloniki in the villa area of ​​Nea Kallikratia, just a 10-minute walk from the city. A sunny, clean and peaceful place where you can indulge in a complete vacation. 
The beach and the sea are 10 meters from the door of the villa, and the popular Sahara Beach is only 4 minutes away.
Sunrise Beach Front Villa is preferred by families with children or close groups of friends. The house has a large private yard with lots of greenery, pomegranate trees, a garden corner with a table and chairs for cool evenings under the stars. From the terrace you can watch the incredible sunset over the Gulf of Thessaloniki or look at the sea and listen to the waves. To go to the beach you only need to cross the small street in front of the villa.

A damage deposit of € 300  is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
