The maisonettes are twin residences, with a common courtyard of about 1000 sq.m., with a common barbecue and separate parking space. They are part of a complex with a total of 6 maisonettes.

Maximum capacity: 6+1 persons.

On the ground floor there are:

Ground floor: Spacious living room, smart TV 55", sofa (can sleep 1 child) and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, everything you need such as utensils. One bedroom with two regular single beds with smart TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the first floor there are:

2 bedrooms with double beds, each with a large terrace. One veranda has a sea view and the second one has a garden view. 1 bathroom with toilet

In the maisonettes you will find everything you need for the perfect summer holidays: fully equipped kitchen, parking space, internet, smart TVs, barbecue area with TV, drinks fridge, pool and tennis table, electric massage chair.

The complex is a short walk from a public beach, with access for crossing the road being safe, via a secure underpass.
